Mothman in Nevada?

by: Albert S. Rosales

Location: near Pahrump, Nevada
Date: August 27, 2018
Time: 4:10 a.m.

The witness was driving northbound along Highway 160 between mile markers 134 and 135 when he saw figure land in front of his car in his travel lane. He did not know what it was when he saw it and he still does not. The sky was clear. No wind. No clouds. He was a little behind schedule, so he was going quite fast – 85 mph. He had the bright lights on. This event lasted about four or five seconds. He had just finished a small snack and was listening to some music when suddenly this thing came from up high and landed on his travel lane in the road. The figure was very tall, seven feet or more, exceptionally large wings, smoke gray in color. He could not see its eyes. No face. As it was landing the wings were out to each side of it. Once it was on the ground, it wrapped its wings around its front. It put its head down slightly and just stood there.

It would not move as he approached it. The only thing he could think is, “What is that?” He did not want to crash the car or hit the entity. He turned the wheel slightly to the left. He did this, four times as he took his foot off the accelerator to slow his speed as he passed the creature. He looked in his rearview mirror, but it was too dark to see anything. He did not stop because he did not know what it was and did not want it to come after him. Its body was like a human. Its wings and arms were one unit. There was a car in front by about a half-mile and behind him by about a half-mile. He does not know if anyone else saw it or not.
