Rex Gilroy was an Australian ufologist and cryptozoologist who died last year. His collection of witness material is interesting to say the least and puts Skinwalker ranch rather in the shade. Most of the reports center on The Blue Mountains and Burragorang Valley in particular.
There are several incidents of time slips into the recent past (1920 - 1950 period) in his book Energy Beings. Also included are space hopping events, usually associated with UFOs but not in these cases (people driving off from one location and suddenly finding themselves in places they should not be in, within no time at all). Other incidents include anti-gravity and weightlessness in certain places, where people spontaneously lifted off the ground (see also Preston Dennett's book 'Levity' for consciously induced or ecstatic religious episodes of this type).
In the most recent edition of the UK's Fortean Times was an article about dragons, brings up the valid point that if these are solid beings, why don't we see them hidden in plain sight? It's like other out of place animals, some of which can be claimed as disappearing into the environment (sea serpents into the depths of the ocean / big foot into the vast forests of America / even UFOs into outer space).
Where do flying monsters go? You could say that flying saucers take off into outer space but what about the Big Birds (pterodactyls?) of Monument Valley? Plesiosaurs could disappear into the ocean depths and dinosaurs into the jungle or bush but do they? Where is the proof of this happening? Is there any evidence that these monsters might be physically real (two incidents where they have been killed and eaten by natives, footprints, predation suggested by missing people and animals, plus cases where they have actually these dinosaurs been seen killing and carrying off livestock)? This could also explain sightings of big foot that defied reality in being only partially visible as I remember reading once. Also, what about a giant spider in Norfolk, England, one of the latest counties in the country? Then what about Water Horses in Ireland, when the lakes periodically dry up, revealing nothing at all (there was a case mentioned in Fortean Times of a beast that got stuck under a bridge and eventually dissolved into nothing (no bones, no fleshy remains))?
Some of Rex's reports support his notion of time windows; one person in the bush noticing that the landscape changed into something prehistoric in appearance before reverting back to the original bush landscape. Other people claim to have seen dinosaurs appearing or disappearing before their eyes and others still finding Tyrannosaurus Rex tracks that start in the middle of nowhere and end in the middle of nowhere. These are accounts from his books Burronjor: Australia's Tyrannosaurus Rex. Likewise, his book on plesiosaurs in Sydney’s waterways (The Hawkesbury River Monster), may point to there being water based time portals as well: The Bermuda and Devil’s Triangles etc. as people like Charles Berlitz, Vincent Gaddis and Adi Kent Thomas Jeffers indicated in their books. Aliens may well have taken advantage of these wormholes but not created them in this gruyere world that is full of holes we can all slip through, down Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland rabbit holes, into other dimensions, where the Cheshire Cat’s knowing smile greets us as it too disappears somewhere else.
Anecdotal evidence is dismissed by so-called experts but in a court of law, witnesses repeating the same accounts of the same thing in different places and different times, would be considered proof, yet 'science' dismisses this from its ivory tower. Could it be that we are driving everything into extinction and with the nuclear button an option, maybe even ourselves (Why is nature disappearing at an alarming rate? Because humanity is increasing at an alarming rate!)?

After the second (anonymous) whistleblower to come forward after David Grusch, mentioning that UFOs are in some cases built up atom by atom, I felt I had to ask is research in Europe back-engineered or contact through dreams, preprogramming technicians and scientists?
There is research going on in France at the moment I believe, where experiments are being carried out to create new materials, atom by atom. In Bulgaria, again atom by atom, work is being carried out to create thinking not just programmable robots (seen in a Mechanical Engineering magazine but not by me – information passed on to me).
There was a BBC Radio Four program recently, called The End of Scarcity, hosted by James Burke. It was about nanotechnology and scanning tunnelling microscopes, building reality atom by atom. Richard Feynman had proposed the possibility of this years ago and now Neil Gershenfeld of MIT's FAB Foundation was working on creating elements, then form. To be precise, he was, he said, making things that make things or a Star Trek type replicator. His lab is trying to digitize material in the same way as DNA - that is trying to merge communication with computation via fabrication. This he said goes beyond 3-D printing as it decomposes things into their twenty component properties, creating personal nanofactories for everyone potentially.
The European Synchroton Radiation Facility in France have created Aggregated Carbon Nanorods (ACNR) that have similar properties to the Roswell material (Applied Physics Letters: Vol.87,08,P 3106).Professor Khajetoorians of Radboud University, Bulgaria has used cobalt atoms, attached onto black phosphorus, to make an AI that can replicate connections and learn as do animals. Quantum physics builds from the bottom up (microcosmic growth as in genetics), whereas Newtonian physics is concerned with the ‘built’ (macrocosmic) universe - in other words it uses what is here.
Maybe this is the answer to pollution and waste products, by turning them into something useful or at least harmless (the new philosopher's stone?). Perhaps this is also the link to Quantum Mechanics and how aliens already interact with us, creating the temporary illusion of being here or having form, when in fact they are miles away in space or even on another planet and sending their thoughts across vast distances?
