The book's title struck me immediately as contradictory. Not true but how it is?! It reminded me of the Zen koan "what is the sound of one hand clapping?" Presumably it's meant to shake one out of conventional consciousness.

Well, the contents of this book are certainly not the contents familiar to the average mindset. The author delves into the presumed forgotten histories of lost civilizations like Atlantis and Lemuria, the Naacal Mystery School of Lemuria and Atlantis, along with two Egyptian Schools. and techniques on Merkaba (Light Body) activation, by which you'll possibly learn to "travel beyond the limitations of time and space to access the unified living energy of all creation."

The author, Bob Frissell, is the founder of Breath Alchemy Technique, something that he's been doing for 36 years. He's also the author of "This Book Is True" and "You Are a Spiritual Being Having a Human Experience." A resident of Sonoma, California, he's also available for private Breath Alchemy sessions on Skype and in person, plus coaching consultations too. Link: https://bobfrissell.com/

A unique contribution to the ufological literature. UFO Symphonic: Journeys into Sound, has already received advanced praises from various luminaries in the UFO field. Greg Bishop, author of "It Defies Language!" describes how the book "reveals fresh methods to perceive and understand the UFO issue with the heart and intuition, rather than endless processions of data." Joshua Cutchin, the author of "Ecology of Souls," stated how the book "reaffirms life, reminding us that we are embedded within a miraculous reality - whether the rapture that holds us originates from a rock concert or from a UFO." MUFON's State Director of Southern California stated: "Mike Fiorito's UFO Symphonic explores the relationship between music, synesthesia, and UFOs. ....I was once asked if aliens enjoy music. I've thought about this quite a bit, being a musician myself. In my works as a ufologist, I've personally investigated numerous cases where UFOs and music have intertwined. In 2016, an all-girl punk band were taking a cigarette break outside of the Hollywood venue they'd just played at, when they observed an anomalous craft, a 'flying saucer, all lit-up like Christmas," hovering near the venue."

The book is loaded with thought-provoking accounts from many different people presenting many different ideas and stories - stories that are rare from a book on UFOs. I even consulted with the author and the publisher for permission to use the UFO Visions chapter in this book about Italian physicist Massimo Teodorani, the main scientific advisor and science planner for Norway's Project Hessdalen, whom I've interviewed previously myself for this magazine, along with his wife Susan Demeter. In a personal interview with Massimo, Mike gained many noteworthy insights about Massimo and heard many intriguing personal stories about his UFO sightings, his thoughts on quantum physics, astronomy, and music.

I've also heard accounts from UFO experiencers who have had synesthesia and even described alien music. Leave no stone unturned. The human mind and its layers of thought, memory, and perception embody many avenues to be pursued and considered. My own experiences in Native American style sweat lodges and helping conduct meditations with drums, rattles, singing, and Peruvian Whistling Vessels at sacred Native American sites helps me to further appreciate the expanded landscape of human consciousness that seldom gets adequately considered and studied.
