From very early childhood and up to the present, the author has undergone a life long series of numerous alien abduction type experiences and memories. An X-ray technician, with a Bachelors Degree in art and psychology, a wife and mother, Jo Ann has kept her visitations a secret from family, friends, and co-workers, suffering in silence and at times experiencing great fear, and so this book is going to be quite a startling revelation to many who have known her through the years.
Along the way only a few managed to get a glimpse into her otherworldly interactions, like her high school friend Sharon who witnessed with her a mysterious ball of light that split in half and a lady who visited her home once and awakened from sleep to see a “little man” standing near a doorway who then vanished into thin air, after which she uncharacteristically went straight back to sleep (an odd scenario quite familiar to the author, as well as other experiencers).
Besides her classic and numerous alien abductions by the Greys, Jo Ann describes her experiences on many levels of reality, positive and negative, from premonitions, omens, healings, a battle with breast cancer, a mysterious autoimmune illness, out-of-body travel, Men-In-Black type encounters, an apparent ear implant, alien rape, past life memories, angelic encounters, and more. In all of this, she takes the negative elements and integrates them with the positive aspects, has lived her life as a positive, kind and successful person, giving forth not just details of her anomalous life experiences, but in addition has researched the information and background on a wide variety of relevant subjects and provides sensible recommendations, including journaling, prayer and meditation. She wrote: “We all need to rewrite the phenomena that we have lived through so we can deal with it from a place of power. We are not victims, we are survivors. We have been changed, perhaps in some respect, for the better. We are more sensitive and sometimes more intuitive. We have been proven strong enough to survive.”
A few years ago, Jo Ann reached out to a couple of UFO researchers to get their input on her experiences. She was nervous about taking that action, but it proved to be an empowering one for her. I was the first researcher she wrote to and Nick Redfern was the second. She describes in her book how our responses were very encouraging for her. Thus it is certainly an honor to write this review of how Jo Ann positively dealt with her very challenging and many times extremely difficult life situation. I hope that this book will help to empower others who find themselves in similar circumstances and will help them to find their own voices as well. Many find that sharing their experiences with others, rather than holding it all in for so many years as many like Jo Ann did, can be a very healthy and healing process.

This author, the co-founder of the Center for Visionary Leadership and co-author of previous books entitled The Practical Visionary and Spiritual Politics, has been a noted instructor of meditation and spiritual development for more than 35 years. In this book, he describes how the battle between the spiritual forces of light and darkness have reached critical mass, and how each of us needs to become more enlightened and bring together the needed energies of light and love to heal and empower. He provides a variety of approaches and meditative techniques developed for the readers to try and raise their vibrational levels to a higher frequency.
