Winged being emerges from Portal?

The witness was driving from her boyfriend’s house and drove into her apartment complex parking lot. There’s some trees and a hospital facing it, kind of to the side but it’s not open all the time. It’s a clinic. She looked towards the south to try and see if she could see the Big or Little Dipper. She was casually standing outside her car with the car door open. She heard what she thought was a helicopter or plane going by really close (or low) and looked around the sky but nothing was there. She turned and looked to the south again, saw the crescent moon, and then saw these sparkly lights, pinks and purples, like a mist floating in the night sky.
Then suddenly it was like a portal opened up and out came this very large, winged creature. It happened very fast. It was about 25-30 feet away but high in the sky, just floating. She was in utter shock. She couldn’t move. It looked like a gargoyle or batman-like creature. It had the upper body of a muscular man but with dark blue skin. The eyes were black, completely black. And the wings were like those of a bird, feathery, it had a giant wingspan. She noticed its shadow in the moonlight on the concrete. It just stared at her and they both stared at each other for what felt like an eternity but must have been about a minute or two. She felt herself becoming scared and kind of snapped out of it, the shock, and then she shut her car door and turned and walked to the sidewalk. When she looked back it was behind a big pine tree, peeking out at her. She had enough and quickly walked to her apartment. When she came back outside, she looked at the same spot in the southern sky again and it was gone but she could still see the sparkly lights, and pinkish purple mist there.
