When Bigfoot creatures protected campers from Dogmen

The witness, (he asked his name not to be used), a Navy vet in his late 50s, was camping with some of his old Navy buddies in a very remote area of the forest in southwest Pennsylvania. They had spent most of the day hiking to the location and it was around dusk when they set up their tents. The witness went off alone to gather firewood. It was now getting dark, but he was only about 30 yards from the camp and had his 45 with him. He soon realized he was being flanked on his left and his right by something and he called out to his friends who arrived to check on him.
As they walked on the trail, a seven- to eight-foot-tall wolf-like creature standing on two legs emerged from the forest. He described it as “massive” and with a “chest like a body builder.” Its eyes were glowing yellow and it was gnashing its teeth. A type of slime was dripping from its mouth. The creature charged at them, but it was impeded by a large boulder which seemingly came out of nowhere and impacted the side of its head causing it to fall into a ravine. The men rushed back to camp.
A second wolf-like creature, even larger than the first, stepped out and also charged at them. It too was struck by an object, this time a tree, which caused a cracking sound, and the creature fell. As the men watched, a large creature covered in hair, standing about 10 feet tall with noticeable breasts, stepped out of the forest. It was holding a log in its hands. It was joined by another hairy creature standing 12 feet tall. The creatures stared at the men. The female then pointed down the trail and the men sensed she was telling them to leave the area. They rushed back to camp. Since it was too far and too late to hike out, the men made a bonfire using any wood close by or already gathered and stayed up all night with the weapons drawn. They could hear the two sets of creatures circling their camp. At one point, another one of the wolf-like creatures stepped out of the forest and walked in their direction but it was stopped by one of the Bigfoot-like creatures which emerged out of the forest and attacked it with a large stick. At dawn, the terrified men broke camp and, despite their exhaustion, made their way back down the trail and out of the area.
