The giant reptilian humanoid with glowing red eyes

A man who had come to visit a family (a wealthy and very respected family in the region) found his friend and another person inside the residence, suspended in midair, with their heads tilted backwards. They were both almost touching the ceiling. Standing next to them was a giant reptilian humanoid creature with glowing red eyes. When the reptilian turned towards the witness it emitted a sort of ‘energy’ which knocked the witness backwards and he fell to the floor, hitting his head and losing consciousness. When he came too sometime later, he found the whole family lying in bed in a state of confusion, almost as if they were inebriated. The main witness feels that the episode was related to a recent UFO sighting/video in the same area days before.
As mentioned before, the residents are a very wealthy family and politically connected. Other strange incidents have been reported in the residence. The same witness visited the same family another day around 5 am and found the whole family completely awake, (three adults, two young men, an elderly woman and a 3-year-old baby), as if in the middle of a festivities or a reunion, but everything was quiet and they all seemed confused. The baby had a bruise on the forehead, and when he asked the family if they had taken the baby to a doctor to be checked they said no. They seemed oddly unpreoccupied. Even the elderly female seemed oblivious to the baby’s injury.
The main witness believes his life will be in danger if he divulges the information to the authorities.
