Who was the other Gabriel?

A man named Gabriel, a member of the Peruvian Armed Forces, had a friend in the Army by the name of Franklin Pacaya who lived with his parents in the Uchiza region. Pacaya’s parents then invited both Gabriel and Franklin over to their home to stay for a week. However, when they arrived at the location, Pacaya’s parents looked confused and told Gabriel that they were surprised that he had “returned so soon,” since, apparently, he had only left the day before. This other person (or copy of Gabriel) had stayed with Pacaya’s parents for three weeks. The Gabriel look-a-like would usually go into the jungle for long periods of time and then return with “presents” for the family. So, Gabriel and Franklin decided to lay in wait for the stranger to return. Two days later the ‘other’ Gabriel arrived. Gabriel was stunned when he saw him as he looked exactly as he did, the hair, the way he walked, everything. When the stranger saw Gabriel and Franklin he ran into the jungle and never returned.
