Lost Hall of Records Reissued
The Search for Edgar Cayce’s Hall of Records

In 2000, John Van Auken and Dr. Lora Little released the book, “The Lost Hall of Records: Edgar Cayce’s Forgotten Record of Human History in the Ancient Yucatan.” Almost everyone has heard of the Hall of Records, but many people are unaware that the term primarily comes from readings done by America’s greatest psychic Edgar Cayce. In the 1920s and 1930s, Cayce related that around 10,000 BC, the priests of Atlantis became aware that their civilization was about to be destroyed. A plan was made to record the history of humanity on stone tablets as well as detail various technology secrets so that the knowledge would not be lost. Most people are aware that a Hall of Records is supposedly at Giza in Egypt, in a chamber under the Sphinx. However, Edgar Cayce related that there were three different Hall of Records established to ensure that the records would not be lost.

Of course, the most famous site is in Egypt. The second Hall of Records was placed in a temple near Bimini in the Bahamas. According to Cayce that temple was destroyed and sank. The third record hall was placed in the Yucatan. It was at Piedras Negras, Guatemala. In 2006 the Littles made a trek to the site, and in a newly added Epilogue of the re-released book, Lora Little gives details of what was found.
