Bio:

Hector Jusino, a resident of Clarksville, Tennessee, is an investigator, researcher and speaker on UAP [Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon] and is affiliated with SCU [Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies]. Retired from the U.S. Army where he studied missile electronics at the U.S. Army Missile Command at Alabama’s Redstone Arsenal, as well as having studied political science at Inter American University, Hector recently returned to his former homeland of Puerto Rico where he observed several UAPs [what we used to simply call UFOs] and is making preparations to conduct a serious and scientific investigation into the massive wave of UAP sightings going on there using scientific detection equipment and operating from various observation posts.
