Contact With A ‘Space Entity’

The Reverend De Polo, assistant pastor of the Bethel Assembly of God Church in Boardman, Ohio, was awakened at 1:30 a.m. on the morning of July 18, 1967, when he heard a strange whining sound. Peering outside to see what had happened, the Reverend was confronted by the figure of a man in a “space suit” and “helmet,” which stood in the driveway. The figure was completely enveloped in luminosity and held one arm upraised in a gesture of peace. “You have nothing to fear. I will not harm you and I know you will not harm me.”
The apparition suddenly vanished when the witness began to walk toward it. In the aftermath of this curious story, over 200 persons in the immediate area observed a luminous circular object about the same time of the Reverend’s “visitation.”
